Penina is a young lady from a polygamous family. Her family is the 2nd family and they are 3 siblings. The children are partial orphans as the father passed on and the mother abandoned them. Peninah and her sister are permant boarders in the Catholic boarding school in Lodwar. Her fees have not been paid as there is no one to cater for it.
