👋 Meet John, from Sierra Leone!

John is an intelligent and promising boy. He lives in Makeni with his mother who trades in vegetables. His father, a farmer, lives in another community (Makarie), and is married to another wife. He seldom visits the family of the first wife, Johns mother. John is very helpful to the mother as he helps her sell vegetables in the market to support the family. John loves the church and he is committed to church activities. He wants to study hard and become a catholic priest when he grows up.
