Clinton is the second child of her mother. Her mother was a neighbour to her now foster parents. Clinton loved the family of the neighbours and would follow them to church. When Clintons mother wanted to relocate, she refused to follow the mother and remained with the neighbours who eventually became Clintons foster parents. The mother relocated and does not give support to Clinton.
